Part-4
Days pass by. With her studies and singing practice, she becomes very busy. Indeed, she doesn't get much time to spend with Sayan.
On Tiyasa's birthday, Manasi and Sayan are invited to her house. Tiyasa takes the opportunity to give Manasi and Sayan some private time to talk.
Sayan: You seem very busy, don't you, Manasi?
Manasi: Yes, you're right. I can hardly find time now.
Sayan: It feels like I can't catch up with your busy schedule. I think it's good if we take some time to assess our relationship. There's no need to keep up with that relationship.
Manasi: Please, don't say that. Where will I go without your cooperation?
Sayan: No, it's not possible for me.
Manasi: Fine, give me another chance. I'm trying my best, please give me an opportunity to spend time with you.
Sayan: If you wish, there's a way. Your wishes are grand. You are so busy fulfilling your dreams; there's no place for me there.
Manasi: Please don't say that. I'm making an effort. Give me a chance, please!
Sayan: Let's see what happens. Does time allow even in your schedule?
Manasi tries hard to maintain their relationship. To avoid any rifts in their relationship, she puts sincere efforts. This sometimes involves sacrificing some tasks, making it a challenge. But deep within, a different kind of desire to persist in the relationship prevails. The conclusion of their relationship is still uncertain.
Manasi, a postgraduate student in Economics, aspires to complete her doctoral studies. Balancing academics and her passion for singing, she envisions a beautiful future, chasing the dreams beyond the boundaries of academia. Marriage has not crossed her mind as she is deeply immersed in her studies and musical pursuits.
Suddenly, there comes a proposal for marriage from the Sayan household. Saikat and Sucharita have not even thought about marrying off their daughter yet, as she is still studying. Therefore, Manasi and her parents did not agree to this sudden proposal.
Manasi couldn't comprehend that this relationship would be impossible to maintain. Their relationship comes to an end. However, in Manasi's mind, the impact of this separation reverberates not only in the realm of relationships but also in her songs and studies.

Jui: Sir, does that mean we have to stay in that hotel tonight?
Jayanta: Let everyone inform their families, returning tonight is not possible.

Jayanta:( finding Manasi uneasy) What about Manasi? Why aren't you saying anything? Is there a problem? Will your "Maa" be worried at home? Give her a call.

Part -7
That night, they couldn't return home. However, this incident had an impact on Manasi's professional life. The unanticipated overnight stay became a matter of disapproval in Labani's eyes. From then on, using this incident as a weapon, Labani constantly pointed out Manasi's professional mistakes in front of Jayanta, repeatedly insulting her.
However, despite repeatedly insulting her, Labani does not let go of her anger. She wants to tarnish Manasi's reputation with theft and false accusations, aiming to dismiss her from the company. On the other hand, Labani is unaware that her childhood friend, Jayanta, is in love with Manasi. Inwardly, Manasi has become vulnerable to Jayanta's constant attraction due to her dedication to work, passion for singing, and the desire to explore new things. Moreover, Manasi's well-mannered and cultured demeanor has captivated Jayanta, making him feel weak in front of her.
Jayanta invited Manasi to his house on his birthday. There, Jayanta introduced Manasi to his mother, Sagarika, and other relatives. This way, Jayanta and Manasi's relationship gradually strengthens, establishing a deep bond.
As their relationship evolves, Jayanta Bhatterjee consistently provides mental support to Manasi throughout her professional life. He acts as a true friend, helping Manasi like a reliable companion. Over time, Manasi beautifully blends into Jayanta's family life, creating a harmonious relationship with Jayanta's family.
Manasi's increasing success overshadows Labani, causing Labani to feel neglected. Sensing an opportunity, Labani strategically works to remove Manasi from Jayanta's life.
A renowned musical company offers Manasi an opportunity to perform in a musical show, and she becomes deeply engrossed in preparing for it. Jayanta supports Manasi immensely throughout her preparations.
While Jayanta and his family maintain a warm relationship with Labani's family, Labani's family faces financial challenges, leading to a significant decline in their business. In contrast, Jayanta's diligent efforts ensure the success and stability of his business.
Labani struggles to manage financial and familial responsibilities, unlike Manasi, who, much like a responsible and well-balanced daughter, doesn't let financial matters affect her.
One day, where Labani finds no opportunity to insult Manasi, she unexpectedly accepts all her past mistakes and extends a hand of friendship towards Manasi.
Labani's easygoing demeanor prevents Manasi from realizing her dishonest intentions. Despite Labani's previous actions, Manasi believes in her transformation and accepts her as a friend.
Jayanta makes numerous attempts to reassure Manasi. He makes her understand that trust cannot be gained suddenly. Jayanta shares various experiences with Manasi. However, Manasi believes that trusting people is a way of showing love. She expresses that even a bad person can undergo positive changes, and this is the philosophy behind her words. Her conviction in this principle remains steadfast and proven.

Part-8
During a day of music program preparation, Sagarika Bhattacharya, Jayanta's mother, falls ill. Jayanta becomes a bit busy attending to his mother. In this critical moment, the only son, Jayanta, is compelled to be by his mother's side. Labani sees this as an opportunity.
Labani says:
Labani: Jayanta, you stay with Aunty (referring to Jayanta's mother). I'll accompany Manasi to the program.
Jayanta (hesitates): Alright, you go. I'll join you before the music program starts.
Labani (assertively): Boss, you decide.
Manasi:You stay with Aunty, Labani. Di (referring to herself) needs you. Aunty needs you.
Jayanta:Yes, I'll join you before the program starts.
Labani:Manasi, let's go; otherwise, we might be late.
Manasi and Labani leave. As they reach the venue, the judges mistake Labani for Manasi's elder sister, reflecting Labani's warm and friendly behavior.
Regardless, Jayanta manages to join them on time. The program begins, and inaugural music starts with several other singers performing before Manasi takes the stage.
Suddenly, an unbelievable incident occurs, leaving everyone in awe. The curious eyes of the audience are fixed on the stage.
Even the current generation's renowned singer, Manasi ma'am, is unable to produce any sound when she attempts to sing. It's a shocking moment. What happened? The vigilant eyes of the audience remain wide open.
Jayanta is visibly perturbed, lost in contemplation. Labani rushes beside Manasi.
Labani: What happened? Why aren't you speaking, Manasi? Manasi?
Despite her efforts, Manasi fails to produce any sound.
Jayanta: Is your health not well, Manasi? Let's go home.
The disappointment is palpable among the audience as they anticipated Manasi's performance. Murmurs spread like wildfire. "The throat is not cooperating before the show... the money has gone in vain." — these are some of the whispers.
However, it remains unclear why Manasi is in such a state!
